Workout #2

Last night: 30 Day Shred, Day #2

My legs and shoulders were on fire during some of the exercises. There are two women doing the workouts (in addition to Jillian Michaels). One is doing modified exercises (I love her), and the other is doing the full-blown, no holds barred exercises (I envy her).

Is it bad that I get some enjoyment out of seeing that the woman doing the full-blown exercises struggling at times? It makes me feel better knowing that even super fit people think this workout is difficult.
